La Pierre du Soleil is a gorgeous stone home (230m2) with plenty of charm, outside dining, 5 bedrooms and parking.

Entrance Level

The main entrance to the house is accessed from the terraces, bringing you into a compact kitchen with all the usual appliances – off this is an open sitting-dining room with comfy sofas, a fireplace and dining table. French doors lead to the main terrace. From this level, a few stairs will take you to the mezzanine level.

Mezzanine Level
Bedroom 1 – entrance through iron doors beside the stairs – queen sized bed (160cm)
Bedroom 2 – built-in wardrobes – small double bed (125cm)
A charming bathroom is conveniently situated underneath the stairs with shower and wc.

Top Level
Master bedroom – a large open plan room with large, sliding doors onto the front balcony stretching the full length of the room. One wall is in the original stone. A standing bath lies behind the bed with wc and shower closed off the bedroom. The bed is a large king-size (200cm).
Guest bedroom – king-sized double ensuite bedroom (180cm) is also found on this floor with built in wardrobes and there is a small, iron bed (90cm) suitable for a child. The bathroom has impressive tiled flooring and iron door to the shower. This bedroom also benefits from a pretty terrace situated higher up in the rockery of the garden.
Cosy Corner – on this level you also have a cosy area with comfy seating, there is a dvd player and dvds.

Lower Level
Studio – below the main entrance level is a studio (44m2) with it’s own bathroom, independent w.c. and kitchenette – this can be accessed through the house or independently from the street. The kitchenette has a hob, sink and small fridge. There is an extra large king-sized bed (200cm).

The house also has a washing machine and dryer located in the utility room. Outside dining is provided with a large dining table and chairs plus a parasol and sun loungers offer comfort for those wishing to enjoy the sunshine afternoon and evening. Private parking for a small-medium-sized car is a real bonus in this medieval village, the house is also very well placed being close to the village paying car park and free parking areas.

Restaurants and cafes are a 5 minute walk away, the town below with its food market, supermarket, bakeries, chemist, bank and selection of shops is a 7 minute walk. The town is well services with buses going to most places on the Cote d’Azur, plus there is a train station. The sea is a 25-30 minute walk and a free beach bus is provided from the town in July and August.
